• For your convenience, all payment arrangements are made in advance. We will never surprise you with a bill in the mail.

Auto Injury:

• Auto-related injuries are covered 100% in Minnesota. Even if you were at fault or were a passenger. You can get the care you need, and it costs you nothing. Great for you!
• All we need is your claim number and insurance information.

Work Injury:

• Work injuries are covered 100% for up to 12 weeks of care.
• It costs you nothing.
• All we need is your claim number and Work Comp ins. info.

Medicare:

• Medicare does not pay for exams and x-rays for the first visit.
• Medicare then covers 80% for up to 12 weeks.
• We simply need a copy of your Medicare card.
• Medicare and Medicare supplements plans only pay for copays/chiropractic adjustments and no other services.
• Medicare Replacement Plans may not cover chiropractic care. We will verify your coverage before care and let you know what may not be covered and the cost for these services.
• For your convenience, all payment arrangements are made in advance for non-covered care. We will never surprise you with a bill in the mail.
